Where are the objects made?

All of our designs are of the highest quality (Sterling Silver). All of our designs are hand crafted.

What delivery options do you offer?

Shipping rates varies depending on the price, weight and location. You will see a specified shipping quote at checkout.

May I ship my order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we can only ship to one address per order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

There are a various number of payment options to choose from: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal.

Do you accept exchange and returns?

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receipt and just for wrong selected size reason (only apply for rings). Oasis will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from it's original condition in any way, Please be aware that the return shipping fee will be deducted or charged to you.

How do I exchange or return my object?

First, email us at oasisjewelryny@gmail.com with the subject “Return” or “Exchange”. Please include your order reference number in the email. Once that we receive the email, we will send you a prepaid return label…. Finally, drop off your package at the nearest delivery point.

Note: Changes are only accepted, when the piece is in perfect conditions and there has not passed more than 10 days from the purchasing date. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
